Neelam has 15+ years of professional experience, including her stint at one of the big 4 audit firms. She is a constant learner and has completed all 3 levels of CFA (US).
She has rich experience in Due Diligence, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Assessment and Process Improvement Studies. She is an expert in Risk Based Audits and has provided consultancy on Risk mitigating strategies. She is also hands on with Process documentation, identifying key risk and control areas. She has worked with large, medium and small scale Indian as well as International clients.

CA Milap Chand Bothra

(F.C.A)

Milap carries with him experience of over 4 decades in multiple domains. He has extensive hands-on experience in Compliance and Audits, Finance and Accounts Management, Tax consultancy and Business Advisory.
He also has corporate experience as a member of the executive board and has expertise in end-to-end financial management. This includes managing business relationships with banks, debt management, profit and performance planning, risk and tax management.
